It was a purchase that was made because we had to have it so we got the one that can be used on multiple devices and have had some trouble accessing on of the devices.

Lacks a conversion tool for Excel between my version of Excel and that of Windows 365; other awkwardness between other programs, being unable to get Google tool bars as well as an unexpected and less than seamless transition vis-a-vis having non-selected and non-removable columns in Word, unless I want to pay a Microsoft person to help - why must I pay to get a flaw corrected? Cannot say I would or would not recommend to a friend; perhaps with a caveat.

It’s MS Office - nothing particularly exciting to see here. I’d love to see the price come down for occasional (not daily) users like me, otherwise no issues.

The whole family is using the product and it was a good value at the time

it is Office so we all know about it- the key code on the back is hard to get to --- I scraped off a part of it bc it comes off in tiny pieces-- maybe mine was a fluke-- but be careful

I like Office. I am a bit disappointed that you can't just purchase it anymore, but rather most have an annual subscription. The price seems a bit high for it's annual use.

I bought this for my kids, but they never used it. I may resell on Facebook market because I waited too long to try to do a return.

Good value. Came as a promotion with another purchase but provided free months for ms office

Previously had Office 2011 for Mac on my old MacBook Pro. Ribbon is different which takes a bit getting used to. More frequent updates keep it up to date with security.

Although it took Best Buy/Geek Squad over a week to verify my purchase before I could actually and finally download the software, once I got it loaded I went right to work!

This is an effective way to use Office. My work uses Outlook so I can now connect to email and have use of the other Office products.

I want to cancel this subscription. I don't need it.

Microsoft holds you captive. I had a 1 user purchased in May this year. Needed to add another computer so bought this. Wasted the May purchase. As usual the "FOREIGN CUSTOMER SERVICE" sucks. Dealing with Microsoft is worse than dealing with the IRS

For 6 users and 3 months free it fills the bill. Spreadsheet, word processing, presentations, and email. I do not need anything else.

If you've used office and suddenly don't have it, you find yourself lost. Use it for so many things.

I hate to have to renew every year...but I just need to suck it up as I can't afford, nor do they offer permanent download for one price

I understand some people don't like Microsoft Office and that is your right. For what I paid for a multi-use download I think it's the best out there.

We but mom's new computer you also additionally purchase Microsoft office which the geek squad install for her and explained to her how to use the new updated Office

This is an added bonus to the Portable External Hard Drive without additional cost. Would have been nice for a 12 month subscription

I'm giving this one an overall rating of 3 because it was only successful when I first loaded it on my first tablet. I had trouble loading it on my second and third tablets. My girlfriend and I had to contact Geek Squad for help. I'm also a little ticked off because Microsoft Office used to be already loaded for free when people bought laptops and tablets. I will be recommending this because there is no other alternative (I think) when you like Microsoft Surface tablets. I may have to switch to Apple later on (wink, wink!)!
