Microsoft 365 Family plan has been very helpful to keep all of our products up-to-date.

love that i can log in anywhere with my account and be able to see my documents without having to go home and get them. also helps with my kids projects/assignments!

This purchase was bought to allow me to work on the same platform as I do at work. Also the family subscription seemed to be a bargain.

What's not to say about this iteration of office. I still prefer to purchase software and own it, rather than rent it yearly, but economically, it probably makes sense the more I think about it. I just don't look forward to stacking up yearly/monthly charges if i had my druthers...

Microsoft family product is great but Best Buy did exchange for the product subscription. I need the a business version! I was finally able to use this merchandise that I purchased in December after Best Buy allowed my serial number for my first purchase to be compromised, including using my phone number and making it so I was unable to access Microsoft with my phone number at all!

This package worked great for our needs. It was easy to install on our various computers.

Microsoft 365 family is a great deal for families. You get access to all office products from almost any device plus a ton of cloud storage for each family member. Worth it! We sign up for it every year.

Microsoft 365 is a seamless transition if you're already using Microsoft Products. I was able to move my Office 2019 and 2016 stuff over to 365 without issue.

Best value, especially for a household with over two computers in it. Don't like the subscription service as much as outright purchasing in the past, but easy to install

I read horror stories with people buying this from Amazon, but put my trust in Best Buy. Very straightforward to install as well as share available licenses. Definitely would recommend.

Now this is the type of software option other application companies need to utilize.

I love Mac's and Apple products, but the Numbers and Pages software are decades behind. I have a macbook pro and I lived with Numbers for as long as I could, but I finally had to break down and buy Microsoft Office for the Excel. I use Excel at work, and it is just so much more user friendly.

Great value here for the whole family to be able to have Microsoft applications. I really like the family option instead of having to purchase the programs individually for each computer.

The good news is Microsoft allows multiple computers to utilize the same contract. The bad news, 12 months from now (15 months if you purchased Microsoft 365 Family from Best Buy) you get to renew the contract. And 12 months later you get to the renew the contract. And 12 months later you get to the renew the contract. And so forth. Sure, you could buy a 1 time, 1 payment install and never pay a renewal fee but you get to be unhappy if you have more than 1 computer in the family.

Have used Microsoft Office since 2007 and love the program. After installing the 365 version program, I had some issues with conversion of older documents (word and excel). Love the "family" option but have not used it...yet. The 15 month term is a bonus. I was perfectly happy with the older version and sorry they stopped supporting it.

Microsoft doesn't disappoint with this product. Using it for a family that needs Word, powerpoint etc. With the suite of programs it is easy to download and multiple users can be added .
