Most disappointedly, I receive a message every time I want to use MS Word. I have lost several very important work-related items, which disappears right during the middle of the documentations. Both times the Agent was from South America. The would just quit, because the do not know how to do so. Did I say 'Frustrating?'

This Microsoft subscription has everything you need to function in this electronic age and it is a terrific value with the number of people you can share your subscription with and the number of devices you can have the software installed on plus the 1TB of cloud storage on Microsoft's OneDrive. A terrific value!

You can use the multiple license across a range of products -- including PCs, laptops, Macs, phones, tablets -- all at the same time. A really great deal.

It is a good product. I was disappointed that the product program is only goo for one year. I wish there was a product offered that is good for a lifetime. That would be too logical.

I already had a single license version and the leftover on this just extended the time on the new one. Super easy to install.
