    No issue getting the product key code for downloading. Will be loading this on multiple computers and primarily getting it for Word. Received a discount with the laptop purchase.

    This is a wonderful improvememnt from the office i used to run. It is stable and coordinates wonderfully with my other business software. I dont know how to use all of these crazy programs and functions but my kids do and they are trying to keep pop in the loop.

    This product was easy to install and start up was great. No issues, I would highly recommend it. There isn't much you can't do with Microsoft 365 especially if your a student.

    While I hate that I have to pay an annual subscription fee to use this software, it is easy to install and use. And let's be honest, Office software is a must-have these days. If I have a pay every year to have it, then at least I'm happy to get a quality product in return.

    I no longer have quite the need for word processing as I did 25 -30 years ago. That was when one could purchase MS Word for life. With the radical updates and the need for greed, MS no longer has the life-long option, and annual renewal is required. It is what it is.

    I love the Microsoft 365 Family, it lets you send it to individuals instead of using the regular Microsoft where you can add 6 electronics, with same individual name .
