    I still dislike having to purchase this as a subscription and that Microsoft requires auto-renewal. They know that they have our business, so why rub it in? Anyway, it does what it is supposed to do and we'll keep buying it because we have to.

    It's just too expensive. We as the consumer get gouged on items like this because they are a necessity. There should be a regulation on the price.

    HORRIBLE! Makes you stay signed on to their account or you cannot update any documents. Do they have access to my personal information in my documents? They force you to go to this because they take away prior versions. VERY BAD!

    This item was charged (along 2other office subsricpitions all in the same day) to my accounts but i never bought!! BEWARE !!! i DONT RECOMMED THIS ITEM (as i never had it) OR THIS STORE!!!! Everytime i go there that day i get charged for things i NEVER BOUGHT!!! NO ONE IS WILLING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT EITHER!
