    Purchased because MS states it is required to access Outlook Classic. After 6 visits to the Geek Squad from 2.5 to 5 hours, i have another session scheduled to attempt to get it install and working ... even purchased a new laptop and still no success with any of the 4 laptops

    I have used this program for years and am happy with the email package, calendar and Word. I like the fact that the software is renewable every year so you always have the current version and you have the option of installation on one computer or 5 devices for not much more expense.
