I marked this version down a notch because the version of Outlook included with Office 365 is temperamental. It doesn't download email when it should, only when it wants to. The email gets to us eventually. It arrives in the smartphone and tablet immediately but on the laptop with 365 sometimes the same emails don't arrive until the following morning. I had not had that problem with Outlook 2010.

I put it on my business computer and that seem to take about 30 minutes to install and then was hard to find on the computer. (I'm not an everyday computer user). I attempted to install it on my boys school computer and ended up with a trojan virus from the site and that cost me another $150.00 to get fixed. the computher was one day old.

I'm sure most are familiar with Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, Access, etc. Microsoft continually improves them. This year, like many others, I continue to use and enjoy their applications for both work and personal matters.
