My experience with Microsoft 365 has been first rate. It provides all essential features needed for home use.

I had just purchased the 1-year office for my home computers and installed them all. Not even a month later my subscription said it had expired. After several phone calls I was finally able to speak to a Microsoft rep and she advised me that there are technical issues with Office being bought at Best Buy. I was given credit + extra months through them. It was really a hassle. I had never had this happen before but will renew my Office directly from Microsoft next year.

It is taking a little getting used to Microsoft 365, new to me. But, I have mostly used Microsoft products all of my computer life so I am figuring it out. It will be fine.

Able to connect my business computers and workers to this Microsoft 365 so we can keep in touch with each other work and work as a team.

This bundle has all the essential software one could need for home use. Plus, u can install it on like 5 devices. A must have for your personal home computer.

Expensive if you don't use all this has to offer. Must be renewed annually at $99.00. I used to buy the software for much more but didn't need to renew it. This is an auto-renew plan so watch for the renewal notices.

I finally upgraded from Office 2010. I was concerned it may take a bit to make the switch but it was easy and is filled with so many new features. Very nice upgrade.

The software download or recharge went fine. I have high expectations that a software manufacturer would have no problem delivering software via the net, but was surprised and happy it went as advertised.

It's MS Office so of course it useful and feature packed: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and OneNote. The ideal is to have the capability of a unified office (email & calendars) across all your devices...I'm sure someone has figured out how. It was not me. In previous versions of Outlook you had a checkbox to select one inbox for several email accounts. In this version (365/2013) if you choose IMAP, which is easily accessible across all devices, the one unified inbox is not that simple. Matter of fact, you have to almost hack your own software to achieve it. I gave up and went back to PoP3, which is not integrated across all devices. Also, I found it suited the business user more than the home user in terms of the functionality.

Great for the whole family whether school or business use just wish the product key was not only on one receipt.

My most recent Best Buy purchase was great. I was attempting to purchase a 12 MS Office license and was informed there was a 15 month license available. I liked the idea and appreciated the new information.

I’ve had an personal account for a couple years - purchased this to use with the family - great value if you have multiple people with a need - I like the fact I can see all users/devices in my Microsoft account.

If you own a computer, this is an essential, MUST HAVE component in your software library. Every component that makes up this software package is so useful, you could create a business with nothing more than a bank account, a laptop, and This software. My wife and I use this for our online business all the time. Also, if you have a friend (or up to 5) that want to split it with you, or you have a family of 6, it’s perfect!

All is good, price is good, installation process is easy. Please review carefully the Skype subscription, no all countries have unlimited landline and cell calls.
