Perfect for my purposes

This allows me to continue to conveniently use Microsoft products since Google applications have limited functionality in comparison.

Easy to load and share

I will not go into detailed review here as many have already described it well. I do want to highlight a caveat with this version from Best Buy. Check the fine print. This is an "Auto-Renewing Subscription". This version ties the payment to Best Buy (not MS) - so you cannot manage it from your Microsoft Account. You must manage it thru Best Buy. For some this may be convenient. However, it could pose a problem if you want to extend your subscription on the MS site, or using a Physical Card purchased from another retailer. Just consider your options before you buy this version.

love the automatic cloud back-up

I no longer worry about back-up while I'm on the go. I have yet to leverage the multi-machine access feature, but plan to shortly

I think it is rediculous to charge a yearly charge to use there product. Shame they make it so you have to pay yearly for basic documents to use so you have no choice.
