Install on my PC was a breeze, but my husbands laptop was another story! Ran into issues with old email address, etc. We exhausted what we could do, so we called Microsoft help & the rep was AMAZING!! Worked with us for over an hour & resolved EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE!! Will purchase again!

This program puts you into more familiar territory and will keep you from sending emails with gobbledygook attachments.

Microsoft completely messed up my subscription and it took an hour on the phone with support to straighten out the mess they created. It's exactly the kind of ineptitude I expect when I buy Microsoft products and it was the impetus behind my switching to devices made by Apple. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't make a product that is as good as Office, hence I am forced to continue dealing with Microsoft as objectionable as that might be to me.
