I got this for everyone in my family and we can all use it for every device we use and not take up space on the device we’re all using.

Loads and runs great. Tech support needed occasionally for issues arising from computer preconfiguration. Lack of compatibility with older ancillary programs and hardware a problem.

Everything went as was expected, the staff are just great and know the problems. PC was ready when advised.

Easy to set and run the latest version of MS office for my Mac and iPad.

I bought this at a discounted price with purchase of a laptop. Not sure why 12 month subscription.

Microsoft 365 is a good package. Dealing with Best Buy regarding my purchase and its set up was not nearly as good. When I called Best Buy's Geek Squad Customer Service, the wait time was always excessive (more than an hour each time). More than once, when I finally got through to a human being, I was put on hold and disconnected. I am a regular Best Buy customer and have had good experiences in the past, but not in this case.

MS Office is the industry and home standard for a good reason, it is great

The best thing is that we are using the family plan so our family is under one account to manage.

Ithink is a overall great product the store really botched up order so had this with no computer

I am very happy with my MicroSoft 365. I have access to all products that I need and it is user friendly.

If you need to put MS Office on all the computers in your house, this is the way to go. It allows for install on five machines, all with the full Office Suite.

Mt daughter is using this chrome book for school. The school uses google docs so the chrome book is perfect for doing homework, checking schedules, getting notes from her teachers and communicating with other team members on projects. All that I like. But I have to be careful because now she has greater access to the internet. Meaning more danger from without and more temptation from within. But that is the modern world that we have to adapt to and so we will.
