With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was a challenge to get this set up and I ended up on the phone for just short of forever dealing with support - eventually I was able to open outlook (SMH) - from there everything else was smooth. The item itself is fine and a decent value, but MS support is enough to make me throw a computer.
