    Purchased the annual edition at Best Buy instead of auto renewal because you can install software up to 5 devices. After a year we had replaced 3 of these devices. I also like to get credit for all purchases through Best Buy

    Purchased in store, never got product key code on receipt or via email. Contacted customer service for 2 weeks/12 phone calls later and eventually gave up and wanted refund. Then product key code magically appeared! Didn’t care still requested refund. A NIGHTMARE

    We love the programs. However, Microsoft has it to where you have to pay to use them every year. Also, we had problems installing the programs and had to contact Microsoft. When we contacted them they demanded that we needed network protection and wanted us to spend another $400 to $800 dollars in order for the programs to install. WE WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!

    Good product, work well and does as advertised. only problem I had was driving 300 miles because my local store person was not too interested in helping me, an older guy, but was more interested in helping the good looking young lady who standing just down the aisle from us

    Excellent collection of programs that will allow you do do anything that you need to do on any computer. Create spreadsheets, documents, presentations, etc. with ease. Outlook is a great email program! Have always used these programs and can't live without them!!

    I neededthe Microsoft office suite for a New laptop I purchased. I chose to go with this version because it gives me the option to install the products on up to five devices in the household. Installation was easy and quick. I highly recommend this product.

    I purchased this with the new PC as it is a must have for working from home and school work etc. For just a few more $$ the 6 person subscription benefits the whole family. Very happy with the easy install and sharing feature.

    I am highly satisfied with this product. I have used every version of MicroSoft Office. Overall, it has been a great experience. It is compatible with so many products. I have recently started going back to university and I am able to complete all of my coursework in a timely manner.
