Office 365 was purchased for my son for a Xmas grad present and he is loving it!!

This edition of Microsoft 365 Family is easy to use and provides all the necessary tools to create excellent reports and presentations.

Microsoft makes it difficult to work offline, but I need to be able to. If you want to view a non-Microsoft file, that, too, is a pain. I’m not a fan, and don’t appreciate the necessity of a software subscription. But I need compatibility.

Overly complicated to download, install, and set up. Way too many useless "improvements". Just stick to what works, and do it well. Only using for continuity.

It's great savings! I don't have to worry about renewing the software every year.

I have used theOffice suite of products for many years. This product meets my expectations.

I still dislike having to purchase this as a subscription and that Microsoft requires auto-renewal. They know that they have our business, so why rub it in? Anyway, it does what it is supposed to do and we'll keep buying it because we have to.

I honestly can't see why anyone would purchase an Offixe 365 Personal acccoubt when you can get all the same features TIMES FIVE for just 30 more dollars with an Office 365 Home Subscription. There is no downside here, just a great value!

The recent purchase of a new computer at Best Buy seemed to go well. One thing that did NOT transfer from old comp. to new was my MS Word documents file. I have had two sessions with Best Buy Geek Squad techs and one with a Microsoft rep----I am VERY inept when it comes to computers. But as of tonight I STILL do NOT have access to my Word document file. I am beyond frustrated and can hardly bear the thought of another attempt to restore access to those files, though I know I will have to try again soon. I desperately want access to my files again but the process has NOT been easy to date and none of the professionals I've contacted have found an easy way to get me what I need.

Office 365 took a little work to get activated, but has worked very well ever since.

I have always appreciated Microsoft products. The tutorials are great for beginners.

Best Buy failed before they even delivered. The old guy that was the sale guy, Was old, slow and would not speak up! He was extremely frustrating to deal with and had a bad attitude. He knew my husband and I were needing to stack the machines, that we needed the washer and dryer delivered, stacked and hooked up. I ask about it three times. So the jerk of a sales person didn’t include the stacking pieces. So when the delivery guy called I reminded him we will need them stacked, he said there is no hardware included to stack them. So I called to have that added to my order. I had to call three times and 2 of the times I was placed on hold, covering an hour and a half, most of that time on hold where no person ever picked up!

The best bundle for my family. Definitely recommend!

We don't need to talk about Microsoft Office which as an excellent product as such.
