Love our Microsoft subscription. I just wish they would offer special prices for renewals.

My automatic renewal did not go through, so I had to go into the store to correct the problem. I was charged by Best Buy but the renewal did not get through to Microsoft, so I lost access to all my Microsoft files. They fixed the problem and gave me a discount for my trouble.

Microsoft office for five computers is what I needed.

I don’t like the fact that Microsoft makes you pay for 365 when I used to be free. Too expensive to have to renew each year. Very disappointed,

Get Word, Excel and OneNote with this license. I am a big fan of OneNote... it has come a long way and I use it on a daily basis. You also get 1TB of OneDrive storage for every user. OneDrive comes with "Vault" folder now that has additional security layer. I have not used it but plan on exploring.

Great for the whole family. Easy to install. My 13 year old homework and projects now A's. The fact that I can add this to my iPad pro a plus.

Needed to update Office software, the process was very smooth after I got to the right person.

We previously had 365 for an individual computer. After purchasing the family version it was a bit challenging to set it up to all one account. Once we spoke with a representative we were able to work it out and have a credit for the remaining months for the individual subscription.

Love it fast uploaded and easy access. It's has great office and room for six devices great price.

Microsoft 365 is awesome and Best Buy aways comes through with prices and installation.

I like having all the most current versions of each program. My current favorite feature is the fact that when you save something, then go to Outlook to attach it to an email, it comes up as the first choice to be attached. You don't have to navigate to the directory where it is stored. So easy. It is also very easy to turn a document into PDF now. I moved to Office 365 from Office 2010 when I bought a new laptop in August but have experienced no problems. I do use Dropbox to store my documents but there are no issues there either.

What else do you want!!! Software License for 5 computers!!! is great, is always up to date and you get more than what ever you will ever need.

This was the correct product I needed to load on my kids new MacBooks. Easy process to purchase and download. Now I need to get a MacBook for myself :)

Very easy to install and use. Installed this suite to both my desktop and laptop with no problem.

Works great on my Mac. I have a “vintage” MacBook Pro from 2011 that I installed a new seagate hard drive on, I had old files from old word and excel programs that o had saved and moved over, they opened up fine and the formatting was perfect. Very happy. Also, I left gmail due to insane amounts of spam and lack of success unsubscribing, and outlook is awesome. The unsubscribe button actually works, and the email is easy to use.

What can I say, as a Mac user and a user of Mac apps , I’ve gotten by just fine with pages and Keynote as well as the other Apple Office style apps. That being said there are times when for compatibility and just ease, I do my creative and writing in a Microsoft application such as Word or PowerPoint. 365 offers a fairly painless way to have all the Microsoft product on hand for the times which I need it.
