With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. You cannot create email address groups nor send to a group. Instead you must select individual addressees. Nor can you assign an email to a category. PLEASE! These are ANCIENT capabilities and MS cant figure out how to include them?. You do get the ability to see multiple web email accounts in a single, easily managed email app. Fortunately Word, Excel, Powerpoint are identical to full up Office. You do get Access database app. I will not renew unless MS can figure out how to release a fully functional email app. I have gone back to web gemail.

I like that it stays up to date and since I have several computers in the house, I am using all 5 of the licences...what a perk.

No more waiting to use someone else’s computer bc they have office 365.
