I think that Microsoft 365 is the best program for word processing, spreadsheet and powerpoint program that you can buy.

Works great, I really like the cloud drive, so I can access anywhere.

This was very easy to upload on my computer and laptop. I love how o can save things online under my user id plus the actual computer. I even received an emails on how to enhance using Microsoft.

this is very good viruses protection. First time user.

Downloading is a necessity for me, and I can do it now.

I think I was the last person to get on board with the 365. I only wish I had made the switch much sooner. This makes my life so much easier when going between computer and phone, etc.

i am very pleased with this product, i have only been using Word and OneNote. i LOVE OneNote!! very cool for keeping yourself organized and on top of things. well done!

It's hard to adapt to the new subscription rather than getting a DVD. With the advent the cloud, multiple computers and the need to keep everything up to date, buying Office software this way is a good deal.

The Toshiba laptop is great and the staff were terrific

I bought this with the new computer and started to use it and it was "painful" to use. Not only did it not look like any other MS suite of software I had use. Not only that, it was physically painful for me to concentrate on for more than 30 minutes at a time because of its display characteristics. I will go back to using Apache Open Office and eat the $100/yr. for my computers. MS is no longer an option for me.

Easy to download and easy to use. Great to be able to keep updated on most up to date version. Have always bought office cds and now will always stick with office 365.

Installed on iMac and WinPC. Required long download. Works well.

While I prefer the "old-school" software with a one time purchase, I have to say that this allows you to keep updated with all of the new features that office has to offer. Installation was very simple.

I'm disappointed with my purchase. Yes I do need office, but the setup is very weird as a cloud based product. Where's the training classes for this expensive suite? I'm unhappy about trying to locate apps and the platform asks for business or school, that's irritating. Family is misleading, can my 80 year old relative use it...just stop trying to charge more & more for typing, chatting & video meetings.

We bought this program and it was exactly what we needed. The setup was a little confusing especially since I am not very savvy with this things that I ended clicking on a link that take you to a phone number that is definitely not a credible site. The 1-800 # rings and the person who answered has a strong ME accent. I could hear a TV playing in the background and doubted about who I was talking to immediately. As soon as he requested to have remote access to my computer, I hung up on him. He tried calling me back and asked to let him help me but I knew it was a scammer. Later I found the correct link to set up the program and is working well.
