Works great, I like the way Microsoft office integrates with my work programs.

Microsoft 365 works well for our home. We have 3 laptops and being able to jump on any one of them and have my work follow me is a huge ease of use for me.

I have used the Office Suite going back to versions 1.0 of Word and Excel, so over 20 years. I stopped when I retired and tried Open Office. At first I like OO but then experienced frequent crashes on its spreadsheet program then had a database crash. I was only able to recover the database by having a OO programmer surgically repair it. So I decided that MS Office is a great value.

Was a great suggestion by sales person. We have several computers that all needed MS365.

Great product easy to use and can be shared with the family.we can have up to date products every year without problems. Very easy to use.

It's Microsoft Office, so no surprises or unmet expectations on the product itself, however... the three extra months of subscription we thought we were getting, we will not because of the fine print. We relied on the Best Buy employee's word that we would get 3 months extra subscription without actually reading the card. Also, it took a while (weeks) to figure out how to get this new subscription to override our old academic licenses, which was the whole reason that we bought it in the first place. I appreciate the complete lack of excess resources used in the product's physical packaging, however some actual installation instructions of value would have been appreciated.

Having trouble with the sharing benefit. Couldn't complete the sharing process with my family members.

Was easy to install and setup and works well. I would recommend this product.

Microsoft has done a good updating the software for today's user. I like that I can use it across all my devices including apple products. I wish it wasn't a yearly subscription but a lot of software is going on that direction these days.

Excellent review is cumbersome. Too many characters required.

I have had this product on my HP Envy before the lighting struck. There have been some upgrades I need to get used to. Some of the features of the older product needs to be brought back.

It’s a must have on the computer came along great with the package that I got from Best Buy and I’m sure that if you buy a computer from Best Buy you should also install Microsoft word or anything you need school office the product is so awesome I’m Best Buy has the best prices
