The 5 PCs means all our home PCs can use it. Excel and Word are best in breed and I still prefer Outlook to the web based versions of email.

It's reassuring to know that you'll have compatibility between yourself and others when creating and opening documents. I do think it's a little on the expensive side however.

That was when one could purchase MS Word for life. With the radical updates and the need for greed, MS no longer has the life-long option, and annual renewal is required. It is what it is.

Highly recommend for mac users who are familiar with office and wants the capabilities of Excel or Word vs. other office productivity software.
