Like all of the previous editions, this one takes a bit of getting use to; the new features aren't as obvious, but, once I started working with it I got comfortable with them.

I HAVE 4 MACBOOK PROS I PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY IN MOBILE, I PURCHASED A LIFETIME/DISCS SUBSCRIPTION TO WORD/POWERPOINT/EXCEL WHEN I PURCHASED MY TWO ORIGINAL MACBOOK PROS . THEN... I BOUGHT TWO MORE MACBOOK PROS , AND SURPRISE !!! GEEK SQUAD DELETED MY LIFETIME SOFTWARE AND MADE ME PAY FOR A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS INCREDIBLY SLOWER/HORRIBLE THAN MY LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY DISCS, TURNOVER AT BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD IS HORRIBLE, AND NEWER EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT OLD CUSTOMERS WITH PAID IN FULL SERVICE CONTRACTS, WITH NO ONE IN LINE, A SURLY SUPERVISOR TOLD THE NEW GEEK SQUAD EMPLOYEE THAT WAS HELPING US THAT HE WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME AND TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND COME BACK ANOTHER DAY (60 MILES). THEN THE TWO OF THEM WENT TO THE CORNER IN THE BACK OF THE STORE AND CHATTED FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTED DOING NOTHING, STILL NO ONE IN LINE. I APPROACHED THE BEST BUY MANAGER ON DUTY. I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM WITH GEEK SQUAD AND POINTED THEM OUT AS THEY WERE LOAFING AND CHATTING. THE BEST BUY MANAGER WAS SCARED TO DEATH AND HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT TO DO AS A MANAGER. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE BEFORE THEY DO BUSINESS WITH GEEK SQUAD IN MOBILE. THEY ARE NOW HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE PAST FOR OVER 10 YEARS, GEEK SQUAD WAS GOOD, BUT LOUSY NOW!!!

Microsoft as helped me in all aspects of my work and studies

It is an essential product for me, because I can use it at home for various tasks, I can share it with family members and I have also used it on my work computer. Very useful for personal projects (making greeting cards, invitations as examples) and professional projects (mainly using Word and Excell)

Easy to install, easy to use. Price wasn't bad, I am just not sure if I like paying on a yearly basis.

When I priced out how much it would be to buy Office every 3-4 years VS having the subscription and sharing it with two other people in my house, O365 is WAY cheaper and beats a subscription to Google Drive by a long shot. Think about it, the most current version of Office accessible at all times and across five devices within the same household this is the best and cheapest option.

Overall great program. Fast and easy to download all you need an email address. No problems afterwards.

Works fantastic whether on Mac or Windows machines. Being available for more than one computer is fantastic.

I bought Office 365 to go with my new computer. It works GREAT for everything i need. I only wish there was a version for more than 1 year with multiple devices. Thanks!

This is great product to buy if you have a large family that needs Microsoft and windows on all their devices.

I love the Microsoft 365 product. It is the most current version, it updates to the newest throughout the time and when one renews. It has features such as Editor in Word which has been a lifesaver. I look forward to the next updates because it makes me more efficient in my work.
