It wasn't very intuitive through my Microsoft account. It seemed it was easier to activate the code through my BestBuy account on the subscriptions link. Not very good for Microsoft.

I had instillation problems with my older computers, but that could have partly been caused by their slower speed. I ended up using 2 licenses on one computer. I haven't figured out how to fix that yet. I haven't contacted Microsoft yet. Outlook works fine on my new computer, but it appears different on my two older computers. It does work on them, but it seems to be a different format. All are running Windows 10.

Major Problem with Outlook with Microsoft 365

I have used it for years but just bought a new computer and software and Outlook is not working with my AT&T email. The Geek Squad has worked on it twice and cannot get it to work. I also understand that they are having the same problem with Comcast/Infinity. This software has no value if you cannot correspond through email. Since this is a known problem it would seem to me that Microsoft could work things out. This is the first product that I have bought when support is not available for a vital part of the package. I would appreciate any updates that anyone has on this issue. The only bright part of this is I am a Best Buy Beta member I can still return the computer and software which I am considering.
