easy installation, number of licenses and constant updates make this product well worth it's relatively low price.

I purchased MS product,then realized that I had renewed previous MS subscription. Best Buy refused my attempt to return the product stating there's no return policy. I gave it to my son as a gift for his new computer I purchased from Best Buy.

The family plan is a good plan if you have a large family each with a laptop and who need all the features the MS365 provides. For us, who use only 3 of its components, on possibly 2 laptops, it’s a little too much. But the other packages are there in case we need it. Also, we did get a rebate making it cheaper than the MSOffice version. I hate it is only a 1 year subscription- unlike in the old days when it was almost “lifetime”. MS stop being greedy

This is so great, the software automatically updates and when new versions of the software come out, you get them. No more being stuck on 2010 when 2013 comes out, etc.. Sure you are now on a subscription plan which has annual costs, but keeping everything up-to-date and running across 5 different PC's or laptops is so easy to manage t it is worth the cost!

It is a very good product for small or medium organizations

I bought this Office product when I purchased my new Asus laptop. At this time I have limited need for Office, but there really aren't any word-processing programs in Windows 8.1 I discovered. My 2 daughters also needed to keep their Office 365 subscriptions active, and this covers 5 devices, so I covered all the bases, and still have two devices for future use, if needed. For about $50 at the time I got the laptop, it was a good deal. It will definitely meet my needs.

I love the tutorial given to new users. Works perfect with my MacBook Pro. I hate it only last a year.

Needing an upgrade and this did not disappoint. Added more for the whole family to use.

Best of breed. Always easy to understand even when they upgrade. it's hard to imagine a competing product used in business, school, or home situations. I do wish they had left the holidays on their calendar, when planning travel it's nice to know what days not to travel.

It’s almost every person’s essential software program for school or business all in one download. Easy to setup and use if you have used previous versions. Plus I can use it one more than one computer.

Microsoft 365 has been something I have had on my PC for a number of years and I have found Excel and Word to be extremely valuable to me in my family record keeping and correspondence. I would be lost without both of these products. For years before I my computers I had to maintain all my records and write all my correspondence by pen or pencil and that was never as neat and a presentable for my work. Then making correction or additions or other modifications or notation was a pain. Now 365 has allowed me to maintain excellent records and always provide work I am proud to share with others in my family and friends or business associates.

Being a Mac user I avoid most Microsoft products when I can. However, my Office 2011 was showing it's age, so when I upgraded my Mac and did the same with Office 365. I will say this was the easiest MS product I have every installed. Works great across 3 Macs, 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. I took one star back because it is slow to load the programs (this may be a Mac issue) and when offline it wants to verify my subscription which is annoying.

The new computer is an excellent one to do the work we need to do to keep up with out financial and business work. Thank you Best Buy for recommending it to us and the transferring our information from the old one to the new computer.
