I'm so accustomed to downloading the software to one computer using a disk or key code. I'm happy I purchased this product. It provides me with the flexibility to use it anywhere I'm able to login to Microsoft and I can share it with other family members.

It's a NIGHTMARE and Microsoft really needs to work on this because I was ready to demand my investment back from them because I could not get them (Microsoft) to accept my prior e-mail address as they kept telling me that it was already in use and I was like..........duhhhhhhhh no kidding you jerks!!!!! SERIOUSLY, MICROSOFT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED INSTRUCTION SIMPLE OR EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT.........AND I MEAN CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT MICROSOFT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR ISSUES!!!! I have found it incredibly useful since I do not have to pay a large sum upfront to use the amazing services included with the subscription. The multiple user setup allows me to put this on my home computer as well as my travel computer so I can always get work done when I am away from my desk.
