    This doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The Microsoft Family 365 was recommended instead of the current Microsoft 365 plan. We can no longer access our company emails because they interfere with each other. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours talking to Best Buy and Microsoft and no one can fix the problem nor can they delete the Microsoft Family Plan that was recommended by Best Buy, The only thing we do know is we will not get a refund on the 365 Family Plan if and when it is cancelled. So, we have wasted $120.00 base on Best Buys recommendation.

    Bought the five user version. I ran into one minor problem during the installation process. I installed it first on my wife's computer and tried to register it on my email account. I ended up having to uninstall it on my wife's computer, so I could do the initial installation on my system. It added about five minutes to the whole process. The uninstall on my wife's system did not delete the software, just made it inactive so it only took a minute to finish the set up on her computer.
