    I have been at several of your locations and have had excellent service. There are times I need extra help and the clerk indicated we have only so many minutes and you have to reschedule another appointment. We all have time management issues. Maybe your Team Managers can come up with a better suggestion. Thanks to all that make an effort of kindness.

    Microsoft switched to a new pricing model, subscription, one that is very common today. The Yearly subsription is definitely a better deal than a single full price install. The new Office is completely revamped and as functional as ever. I enjoy access to the web apps via OneDrive
