Make sure if you already have a subscription not to buy a second one. Downside is we never use Excel or Powerpoint but it's part of the package.

I have not tried to contact support yet therefore I hope it's not impossible to get effective assistance as I continue to setup various features. And I wonder what will happen once I decide to forgo annual subscriptions. So, only time will tell how I would truly rate this software.
