It's a NIGHTMARE and Microsoft really needs to work on this because I was ready to demand my investment back from them because I could not get them (Microsoft) to accept my prior e-mail address as they kept telling me that it was already in use and I was like..........duhhhhhhhh no kidding you jerks!!!!! SERIOUSLY, MICROSOFT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED INSTRUCTION SIMPLE OR EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT.........AND I MEAN CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT MICROSOFT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR ISSUES!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Microsoft products are impossible to determine how to properly implement across devices. Probably won’t be able to use effectively as i can’t reach a human. No phone numbers are aravilabor and emails are not responded to.

Learning curve...

Can't say it's 100%, yet.

Microsoft Office is a one stop shop for everything

I like the fact that the software is renewable every year so you always have the current version and you have the option of installation on one computer or 5 devices for not much more expense.
