It was a good steal at the time but i wish they had a longer edition in store i would have paid more

I'm an old guy and used to purchasing software, not subscriptions for software. I have to admit that this helps the software take care of itself and the subscription service generates reminder emails when the auto-renewal is near.

Purchasing Microsoft office for my family has come in very handy, especially during this pandemic. This software is being used by my employer, so I am able to work from home, and keep my job, and it is also being used by my children’s school, so remote learning has been a smooth transition for my family.

It is microsoft just said you have to pay yearly but always a good product.

Writing papers for school is so easy using this program. I'm so glad my dad got it for me!

This was easy to register with Microsoft and downloaded without problem on my computer.

I find it somewhat redundant with free software (which I know how to operate without memorizing new processes not having to trust cloud storage); therefore I would't recomment it for folks in their mid 70's,

Same story "Before purchasing Microsoft 365 personal, I enquired from Microsoft as well as best buy customer care about my existing single connection and planned 6-line connections. Both the parties said that I can redeem the existing connection once I purchase the new. Then, I bought the same software and tried to redeem it. Pathetically, it couldn’t secede to do so. I contacted best buy as well as Microsoft to get some solution for my problem. No use. Now, I am paying double amount for two laptops. Be careful while dealing with this type of issues."

Purchasing the 365 Microsoft software was worth it. I am pleased with the ease and user friendliness of the product.

Gmail has issues recieving emails from microsoft so sharing with family members with gmail has proved to be impossible. Very frustrating. I have to log into their devices using my microsoft login to install. Why isnt there a code or link to share? Only option is to send email from microsoft. Once installed, the apps work great of course.

I don't notice too much that is different with this new version, except for the fact that I will have to renew a subscription each year to be able to use it. I am not exactly thrilled with Outlook in this new version. Everything works just fine, but there is just something lacking with the formatting of Outlook in my opinion. That being said, I am glad I updated my Office, etc. when I bought my new desktop.
