This software is being used by my employer, so I am able to work from home, and keep my job, and it is also being used by my children’s school, so remote learning has been a smooth transition for my family.

It's a NIGHTMARE and Microsoft really needs to work on this because I was ready to demand my investment back from them because I could not get them (Microsoft) to accept my prior e-mail address as they kept telling me that it was already in use and I was like..........duhhhhhhhh no kidding you jerks!!!!! SERIOUSLY, MICROSOFT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED INSTRUCTION SIMPLE OR EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT.........AND I MEAN CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT MICROSOFT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR ISSUES!!!!
