    Office 365 is an excellent letter, report, accounting, publishing, and presentation software bundle. The time, cost and effort that Office 365 saves me, and the flexibility that it brings to the desktop is just phenomenal.

    Needed to update old Office software. Had to buy this. Prefer install over subscription but not much choice, Other than Open office which just didn't cut it.

    Bought the subscription that allows up to 6 different users. Install on my PC was a breeze, but my husbands laptop was another story! Ran into issues with old email address, etc. We exhausted what we could do, so we called Microsoft help & the rep was AMAZING!! Worked with us for over an hour & resolved EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE!! Will purchase again!

    I purchased this version because I needed MS Publisher. I'm not so sold on the idea of having to pay an annual fee, but we'll see in the next year or so how the upgrades are working.

    Working with the Apple "equivalents" of Word and Excel can be a mind numbing and frustrating experience. This program puts you into more familiar territory and will keep you from sending emails with gobbledygook attachments.

    There are no significant added features to this version compared to so many previous versions. Microsoft completely messed up my subscription and it took an hour on the phone with support to straighten out the mess they created. It's exactly the kind of ineptitude I expect when I buy Microsoft products and it was the impetus behind my switching to devices made by Apple. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't make a product that is as good as Office, hence I am forced to continue dealing with Microsoft as objectionable as that might be to me.
