    I got this last year and it was typical new release. It's better now and I'm more used to it. But the license model is getting to be handy, especially now I'm used to it. Best Buy and having geek squad help me made buying this priceless when I bought a new laptop made it great. I forgot all the info and we just went through it quickly and off they went setting up my device. In the past this was a nightmare.

    Would give it 5 stars but I am not sure I have it setup correctly because I had Microsoft 365 account already and I don’t think it switched over to the family plan when I activated it.

    Works well for work but paying an annual fee gets old quick. However, having a physical copy on my laptop beats the web version provided by work any time.
