Nice experience. Satisfactory loading of Windows 365 program

Very useful for my family on the multiple devices that we have.

Recommend to everyone needing Office suite for multiple computers. Annual "lease" is less than $20 per computer.

Not a MicroSoft fan, but when it comes to Office (Word, Excel, etc.) no one does it better. I bought the 5 license option, which per license is not a bad deal considering the quality of the software. It's pretty easy to distribute and manage the licenses. Installation was a piece of cake.

No problems with Office 365 Home Subscription - relatively easy to install and worked right away. Like the fact that you can decide if you want auto-renew or not. Just be wary that you go to correct website exactly as indicated on card as there are similar scam sites out there.

My husband needed this for his ministry so it’s perfect!

The product was not installed correctly and still having problems. Each time I called Geek Squad Support, they made the problem worse.

I wasn't sure about subscription versus purchase but in this case the subscription made sense for me.

Office suite works very well. Not sure I like having to pay for it yearly but will see how that works out.

Great deal with printer and needed microsoft something.

The first time I had purchased Office 365 from Best Buy, for some reason it got activated on the date of purchase. I did not install it until over one month after purchasing and consequently lost one month of subscription. Not sure yet if this was Best Buy or Microsoft problem but it did not happen with this one. Stiil working on solving the other issue.

If you have multiple computers than this is the way to go.

I like the product, but am very upset that the subscription is only for 1 year.

Not real happy with the use of Office on a Mac. Apple has their own software for word, excel, email and presentations. I prefer using the Mac software. There are some printing glitches with Office Outlook, Calendar. Apple Tech does not support MS software questions / problems, so technical support is different than Apple/Mac. Staying with one operating system is the best for me.

I could not do without this application on my computer. Could not create and send documents that I really needed to work with. I installed it on one of my computers so far, and did this with the aid and assistance of the people at the help line at Microsoft. Thank you again to them!
