My employer wants me to use its own secure, cloud-based Microsoft suite when I work, so I wanted to get my own Microsoft for my family-- for my kids school work and own (new) iMac. Got this family plan. It is not a physical thing--it is a cloud-based subscription that you connect to from a code BestBuy sends you. The problem was that it wanted to hook up with my workplace Microsoft suite, which I use on another computer altogether. I guess it could tell???? Even tho I used a different username and password? I am thinking maybe my recovery e-mail for work, which is my personal e-mail, made this happen. It took hours to fix this and I am not sure it really got fixed. This is just poorly designed as a cloud-based system for people who need multiple, separate accounts.

If you need to access your Microsoft accounts across multiple devices, you need this.

This ws a five user subscription but making it so required calling customer service for help and one hour. However successfully created separate account access for each user. Offie functionality and template availability is above average. Great user friendliness once installed.

Good update to windows but does not work with HP refurbished computer

Microsoft office is renewable yearly & Best Buy has been very good with the installation & setup.

Kids are in 6th and 8th grades, last year they needed to use my Office 2007 to do reports and what not for school. Times have changed since I got out of school in 76 and there were no PC's. now they don't have to bother dad, just copy to a Flash Drive and I can print.

Great product but I found it to be somewhat difficult to set up across multiple computers with different users.

Great deal very cost-effective when you have more than one computer to use this on.9

Would buy from Best Buy when I need more programs-Gread the way they treat customers.

Here at best by everybody gets the what they want even in a long line you still get the same respect.

Being able to use Office 365 Home on 5 different PCs is great for my family to share.

Used for a while and thE different modules Are fantastic.

Having a Windows 7 computer, I had difficulty installing the program. A phone call lead me to someone who could help. I felt that there was no reason for me to have to do so since it cost me more money. I should have been able to download the drivers and whatever else was needed from the web by myself. As far as using it goes, I'm learning as I find something new to do with it. I don't like having to go to the web every time I want to learn & there's no "Help" on the program - at least none I've found yet. The old program had assistance imbedded in the program OR you could go to the web. I still show my old Office icons and I'm afraid to remove them since that might remove my Picture Manager. Over the time I've had it, it has been the most dependable picture editor I've used and I can't figure out why Microsoft no longer offers it as part of the package. Since I've only had it for a short time and, except for Outlook, don't use it on a daily basis, I still have a lot to learn. Hopefully, some of the things I feel are shortcomings in the program now will work themselves out.

As I said before...the 365 Home is new to me. I had a 12 year old computer that was slowly dying. I bought a new Dell All in One and the 365 Home (multi user) and trying to learn how it operates. I believe I will enjoy all it has to offer.

Excellent deal on family subscription. Up to date product.

I have bought this each year for the past 4 years for school and other things. Great product. My only gripe is the annual repurchase (lease) for the product. I liked the old one-time purchase for the product. Other than that, no complaints.

I love Office 365! Loved that I got it on sale with my computer and we can use it on 5 computers

Had to update Microsoft Home version for my spread sheets and other items. I haven't had any problems. I'm happy we can put it on both laptops, phones and hopefully our tablets. Price could/should be more affordable. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

Office 365 up to 6 people is a lifesaver for our family. We are all busy people that utilize all programs within this software. Simple to use and for those problem areas tons of assistance and guidance to get you through it.
