I am highly satisfied with this product. I have used every version of MicroSoft Office. Overall, it has been a great experience. It is compatible with so many products. I have recently started going back to university and I am able to complete all of my coursework in a timely manner.

This office suite with its upgrades is exceptional. Deserves 5 stars were it not for the annual fees.

Still has to work on setting up outlook. Will see if there is an online support or something similar

Microsoft 365 Family is perfect for laptop families.

I really like having access to all the programs even though it is for only a year. I bought the 5 programs because I need it for two, but I gave the others to my family members. I thought the price was ok for what I got, and Best Buy gave me a good deal on it.

More control buying from best buy as opposed to buying online that makes you auto-renew.

This is a lot like office 7 and easy for me to adjust to. Like that it has good templates

We purchased Office 365 program at Best Buy and turned out to be quite an investment. I would fully recommend this program as it is easy to operate and works flawlessly for us.

Perhaps I need help setting this up, but so far it is difficult to access and use. One thing I don't like is that I like to save on my computer or flash drive, but it insists on saving to OneDrive. I'm used to my previous Word program. Maybe I'll like it later.

I thought I was getting Office 365 that could be shared with 6 people all who would have their own account. What I got was 1 Office 365 account that could be shared across 6 devices. Meaning if I wanted to share it with other family members, they would all have to use the same username and password and all of our stuff would be housed in the same place. I should have purchased the single user that was cheaper. Live and learn Office 365 is a wonderful product. Just not happy with the 'sharing' system. I would and have recommended office 365, I would not recommend getting more expensive one to share unless a person worked on multiple devices regularly. Just not worth it in my opinion.

Staff was helpful in picking out the all in one desk top. Their knowledge was what I needed.

I only use half the apps in this so i'm paying for things i really dont need and it's not cheap either not to mention it expires after 15 months and if you don't renew at the over priced price your locked out of use for 90% of it.

it's a worthwhile investment, I use it in my lap top and on my mobile phone
