I am a big fan of OneNote... it has come a long way and I use it on a daily basis. You also get 1TB of OneDrive storage for every user. OneDrive comes with "Vault" folder now that has additional security layer. I have not used it but plan on exploring.

Just to clarify Microsoft 365 Family doesn't have a device limit, it can be shared with 6 people. All the people that you share it with also get all the benefits of the subscription.

That being said there are times when for compatibility and just ease, I do my creative and writing in a Microsoft application such as Word or PowerPoint. 365 offers a fairly painless way to have all the Microsoft product on hand for the times which I need it.

I have a “vintage” MacBook Pro from 2011 that I installed a new seagate hard drive on, I had old files from old word and excel programs that o had saved and moved over, they opened up fine and the formatting was perfect. Very happy. Also, I left gmail due to insane amounts of spam and lack of success unsubscribing, and outlook is awesome. The unsubscribe button actually works, and the email is easy to use.
