Customers love the 365 Family subscription for its ease of use, compatibility across multiple systems, and great price. Many appreciate its performance, software features, and cloud storage capabilities. Installation is straightforward, and users value the regular updates and tools like Excel. However, some customers dislike the yearly subscription model, and a few have experienced issues with Outlook.

Easy to use... mostly. I bought a subscription for 1 PC then needed to add additional PCs. I had to use a different e-mail and pay for a completely new subscription despite having 10 months left on my other one. I like the cloud storage and the programs!

I have had this product on my HP Envy before the lighting struck. There have been some upgrades I need to get used to. Some of the features of the older product needs to be brought back.

It's Microsoft Office, so no surprises or unmet expectations on the product itself, however... the three extra months of subscription we thought we were getting, we will not because of the fine print. We relied on the Best Buy employee's word that we would get 3 months extra subscription without actually reading the card. Also, it took a while (weeks) to figure out how to get this new subscription to override our old academic licenses, which was the whole reason that we bought it in the first place. I appreciate the complete lack of excess resources used in the product's physical packaging, however some actual installation instructions of value would have been appreciated.

This is a money making deal for Microsoft. Instead of each person buying the Office package for around 100 dollars each, now you can get this product for yourself and 4 friends for 100. Here is the catch each year from what I understand you and your friends have to renew their software for about 100. If this is true, I would suggest that you just buy the individual software and go with that and the updates to it.

We had an old version of Office for Mac and I wanted to upgrade it. I really liked the fact that we can upgrade versions with our subscription which worked out really well as within a couple of days after purchasing this software, the 2016 version of office for Mac was released and we were able to do this free of charge. Installation was easy. Not too thrilled this is a yearly-subscription but overall; I'm happy.

I gave this product four stars out of five because I love writing and Microsoft Word is, for me, the near-perfect vehicle for my literary creativity. In addition, Microsoft Word 365 gave me further reason to be enchanted: Installation without having to insert a disk! I was surprised at first; I initially thought that something was missing. However, I quickly warmed up to that orange card. It's an excellent improvement.

OneNote is the MVP! I love this Suite. I barely use the others but OneNote is everything! I use it for work life and home life. No more dozens of spiral notebooks laying around :D
