Great product, poor execution with installed older

Horrible way 365 meshes with older version(2010 Pro). I had to rebuild pst file from scratch and it still doesn't work like I prefer!

Microsoft products are consistently good, however I did not appreciate that they locked me out of my files as if they owned my files. I get it that there is an annual renewal license fee but my files are mine.

Salesperson sold us wrong item and even when questioned, insisted we could use it for a business, which we could not. Would not recommend for business use. Also did not like yearly subscription fee.

Fingerprint sign on not working. Tech had to come out and replace part on 1 month old laptop. Dell very, very hard to reach, hold time over an hour.

Do not like that the application closes when you close one spreadsheet to go to another. The browse and the colors of the beginning screens are not as user friendly and appealing as earlier versions.
