very difficult to learn to use, since outlook and word are both considerably different than before. If getting help were easier, it would make a big difference.

I love Microsoft, and since my kids are in school and I work from home, we all need it. I am not crazy about the price, though. I think it is a bit steep for the functionality, but having it is more of a necessity than a privilege. I still renew it every year.

What can I say you can’t beat windows! I definitely like desktop over cloud versions though.

Great deal for a great product. You can use the multiple license across a range of products -- including PCs, laptops, Macs, phones, tablets -- all at the same time. A really great deal.

These days you have to have word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to get things done in this electronic age. This Microsoft subscription has everything you need to function in this electronic age and it is a terrific value with the number of people you can share your subscription with and the number of devices you can have the software installed on plus the 1TB of cloud storage on Microsoft's OneDrive. A terrific value!

We use MS office for each member of our family. This is a significant saving on the annual subscription price.

I'm an IT worker who needs Office access on multiple devices, and this is a good solution for my circumstances. I think the price is a bit high, would like to see Microsoft bring this down more to the $50-$75 a year range. Installation runs quickly and smoothly in Windows 10.

Bought and installed this version of Office 365 home edition for up to six users. Installation was easy on the main computer and then you send an email to invite your other users to share your license. Overall very easy install, and great price. Of course this was an "initial buy" of the product @ $99 which had to be set up on auto renew, so next year it may be less of a bargain when it auto renews, but still, if you're a user of MS Office products, if it was twice the initial price, it would still be a bargain.

Best value, especially for a household with over two computers in it. Don't like the subscription service as much as outright purchasing in the past, but easy to install

Microsoft 365 gives me gives me Outlook, Power Point, and Excel, Word--everything I need all in one. I love that I can share it with family members.

Fast easy set up. Didn't use the cloud feature yet. Not sure if I will. The apps are pretty much same as 2010 versions, a few minor changes. Just don't like the all grey window bars at the top. I'm sure that they can be changed, but just haven't looked into it yet.

I needed to have more that 1 license and this seemed like the way to go. I already had a single license version and the leftover on this just extended the time on the new one. Super easy to install.

I got the single device included with a new laptop last year. I just went back and purchase the 5 devices edition. I really use it a lot since I work from Home 1 day a week. It's the same software we use at work and can imagine trying to use anything else.

I wanted to have Office on several devices. I have a Dell desktop, Microsoft Surface Pro 3, Lumia 1520 Windows phone and an iPad now I can use all of this devices to work on projects at home or work. The program work well though the download is more detailed than the online version. The convenience of has been very helpful. As a novice user I’m probably not using the programs to the fullest so there’s a lot to learn. I rated the product as average because I thought the online version would be the same as the download after I purchased Office 365 and it’s not. There is quite a bit of lag and it defiantly is not the same. I’m glad I went with the Home version instead of the Personal version, now I can download the program on all my devices and sync the projects to the cloud.

Team was excellent and knowledgeable to the point they guided us to a better option of computer.

This software was purchased to use with a new laptop. It was fairly easy to download and get set-up. I was able to become productive quickly. Being able to use on several devices is a nice feature.
