THEN... I BOUGHT TWO MORE MACBOOK PROS , AND SURPRISE !!! GEEK SQUAD DELETED MY LIFETIME SOFTWARE AND MADE ME PAY FOR A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS INCREDIBLY SLOWER/HORRIBLE THAN MY LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. THEY NEVER RETURNED MY DISCS, TURNOVER AT BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD IS HORRIBLE, AND NEWER EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT OLD CUSTOMERS WITH PAID IN FULL SERVICE CONTRACTS, WITH NO ONE IN LINE, A SURLY SUPERVISOR TOLD THE NEW GEEK SQUAD EMPLOYEE THAT WAS HELPING US THAT HE WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME AND TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND COME BACK ANOTHER DAY (60 MILES). THEN THE TWO OF THEM WENT TO THE CORNER IN THE BACK OF THE STORE AND CHATTED FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTED DOING NOTHING, STILL NO ONE IN LINE. I APPROACHED THE BEST BUY MANAGER ON DUTY. I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM WITH GEEK SQUAD AND POINTED THEM OUT AS THEY WERE LOAFING AND CHATTING. THE BEST BUY MANAGER WAS SCARED TO DEATH AND HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT TO DO AS A MANAGER. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE BEFORE THEY DO BUSINESS WITH GEEK SQUAD IN MOBILE. THEY ARE NOW HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE PAST FOR OVER 10 YEARS, GEEK SQUAD WAS GOOD, BUT LOUSY NOW!!!
