Not going to lie, I was initially skeptical of the subscription based Office, but the 1TB storage and free upgrades to newer versions definitely justify the cost.

The sales staff made it easy to shop once I told them what was needed. The purchase went smoothly and setup was facilitated through the Geek Squad. We are able to use the new hardware and software with confidence.

It was so easy to install this software and it is so easy to use. There is a lot of different templates you can use for all your office needs and family projects.

Was able to load on all my computers. Price was reasonable.

I enjoyed being able to use the Microsoft product capabilities and the new ai provided. The employee from the store Mr. Jade. He went as far as showing me how to use the product in the store.

The digital instructions were pretty easy to follow. Was running the apps in no time after redeeming.

I think Microsoft should be free to all but .. it did what it’s supposed to do.

The program itself has proven indispensable as many platforms use it to open documents. The purchase process was easy. The installation was a different story. My experience in the past has been that software recognizes older versions and automatically either removes it and prompts the user to action. I had Office home single user. After three attempts I used the chat support which took over my computer and after 20 minutes installed it. Bottom line. We had to delete old app before installing.

I enjoyed the install. It was very user friendly. I also liked that all I had to do was log in to Microsoft to do a multitude of installs on other tech gadgets.

I must admit that, in the past, I've always purchased stand-alone versions of MS Office products for my family's computers. However, over time, the number of computers and therefore the various versions of MS Office have grown as I (and my children ... now adults) have replaced older computers, transitioned from desktops to laptops, and even migrated to and from Apple products. Still, throughout it all, we always used at least five copies of MS Office even though we sometimes struggled with some compatibility issues between the versions of software and had to remember to save files in formats compatible with older versions of the software. That said, I am pleased that we're all on the same version of MS Office now and although "renting" the software from year to year is taking me a little while to get used to, I'm beginning to think it was somewhat inevitable ... especially as Microsoft moves in that direction as a business model. As I see us continuing to be MS Office customers in the coming years, at least I don't have to worry about the various versions of software and which to upgrade and which to wait until I buy a new computer. All in all, I'm pleased with the transition and purchase.

Nice to have all of the Office products in one package, cloud storage is very nice. A bit clunky when you first use it.

A must have if hou do ancestry documents. Have used excel for years as well as orher office products and actually use it every day at home even though Iʻm retired.
