A computer without Office 365 is not a computer. The program is user friendly and updates older versions of Office.

my son has been using this for his college courses and my daughter for high school, both have had no problems with this software.

Seamless install albeit a bit long. Everything was transferred over properly with no loss of favotites, cookies, passwords, etc.

Need the Microsoft office for all of our computers. The membership is nice as it updates when needed instead of having to purchase latest product, however, probably more cost effective to have been able to buy the product once in awhile instead of an every year membership.

This Microsoft Office 365 3-month subscription is quite useful for my family and I, as up to 6 people can use the single subscription if added to the Microsoft 'family' which allows the purchaser to share the subscription with up to 5 other people in their respective family. I especially like that this subscription includes 60 minutes monthly of Skype calling credit as well, which I use to make phone calls to family members in other countries, along with the 1 TB of cloud storage which is very useful for us to store files online in order to free storage space on our hard drives. As for Office 365, I find it to be a very decent internet-based editing software, in which my only complaints would be that it forces users to be integrated with Outlook and works best with Microsoft Edge, a browser which I don't prefer as compared to Chrome or Firefox, and it doesn't have as many features as the desktop version of Office.

Exactly what my family and I needed! Very easy to download on multiple computers.

This was a neccessity as I have 3 kids in school. Haven't seen all the bells and whistles but very easy to work with programs.

Simple easy to activate and manage on all of my devices.

Install and activation are simple. Nice to have multiple user installs

I AM A LOYAL BEST BUY CUSTOMER FROM LAST MORE THAN 20 YEARS. MANY TIMES I TRIED OTHER PLACES BUT WAS NEVER COMPLETELY SATISFIED FRO ONE OR THE OTHER REASONS BUT SHOPPING WITH BEST BUY IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE. I ENJOY GOING TO BEST BUY EVERY THING IS BEST HERE. SERVICE, QUALITY AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING SALES STAFF IS VERY COOPERATIVE.

Overall, I have had a good experience with Office 365 Home edition. Being able to install on 5 computers is a huge cost effective plus for a family. I installed it on my computer and then shared it with the kids all on Windows 8.1 computers. I did have one glitch, the install process wasn't able to send them an email with the link they needed to click on to install. After waiting several minutes, I got impatient and from my account, I could manage their settings and copy the exact link they needed to click on and manually email it to them and they were then able to successfully install. So far, I've lightly used Word, Excel, and Access and haven't had any problems. I do have a problem with my work because they seem to be blocking access to OneDrive which is a bit of a bummer.

We had office 2013 and liked it. This is just as good.

I enjoy using the office 2013. Very important product to purchase for a PC. There are a lot of programs that makes life more easier.

Access code was accurate and the download process was easy to install. If you know how to run Windows 8 you should have no problems.
