Well is Microsoft Office packaged with a different name with a couple extras. You do have access to other Microsoft products during the year, but the annual price tag might make the products not as appealing in a year. I guess the name 365 is telling me up front that the product has an expiration date.

Best overall product. Upgrade from prior versions. Works smoothly.

Has features I am still learning about. I don't use this everyday but it is wonderful to know it is available when I want it. Comes with additional storage. Version I purchased is available on multiple devices. This was a great add on.

How can we live without microsoft office? I use it for everything

Installs easy, I prefer to buy SW not rent it. So now I am just writing text. Should state that it includes one note. Only reason I buy it.

I renewed my subscription to Microsoft's Office 365 (Home Subscription version) over the phone with the Geek Squad, the same folks that sold Office to me in the first place. At the time of the renewal purchase he Geek Squad agent on the phone told me that I would have to go into the store and pick up a disc, that she couldn't do it for me over the phone, but she could certainly take my money--which she did. I went and picked up the card with the renewal activation number (as it turned out there is no disc), brought it home and installed it on two machines. Everything ran fine for about a month, although I kept getting the e-mail reminders from the Geek Squad that insisted that I still had to update my subscription, even though I had already done so. Then, after a few weeks, Office itself started giving me pop-up messages stating "Your subscription has expired" and requesting that I renew. So when I had the time I finally called the Geek Squad today to get this straightened out. After hours wasted on the phone with three different rep's I am still no better off than before. The rep's concluded that I had cancelled my Office package (which I never did) and bought a new one that is only good for one machine (which is not what I was told I was buying). They tell me that the renewal card that they gave me was good for only one device, not the 5 that I had paid for. This is clearly a nonsensical run-around by people who were not detail-oriented enough to get a good grasp of the problem from the start. How could the renewed package work fine for a month on two different machines and just suddenly stop if it was only a single machine license from the beginning? Somebody's missing the obvious here. So I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager who might understand something so simple, and I was told that none were on duty at the time (read "dodge" there) but that some one could call me within 24-48 hours. Since this is a Thursday that means that I won't hear from anyone that knows how to fix this for as much as four days' time. I should have just bought the renewal directly from Microsoft, and I most certainly will in the future. I am floored by this since I have always had such good luck with the Geek Squad, but the last couple of times that I have called it has not been that way. Things have gone from great to horrible in just a year's time, and the pattern promises that things will only get worse. The rep's were all still very nice and extremely polite, but relatively useless when it came to fixing the problem. Hopefully, this will turn out better in the long run, but then getting good service for a single issue should never have to become a lengthy event.

The great thing about MS 365 is I can put it on 5 devices and pay once a year!

I like this product because I can renew it every year at an affordable price.

Easy to install. Love that it included 5 downloads!

Worked well on 2 MS based laptops, an MS based Tower and an Apple based laptop. Couldn't be happier and the price was reasonable to make sure we are violating any Copyright laws and have all the updates automatically if any come out.

This allowed for the entire family to have Microsoft office. Very easy to set up!

Just like the last version of Microsoft Office, only this time I get to pay an annual fee.

User friendly. Easy to install. Cost effective when you consider sharing on 5 computers.

I am a Mac user and very committed to it. However, I have used Microsoft Office for many years and am especially fond of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Although I am now retired, I still use the produce and like it.

Service was exceptional… I greatly appreciate the Technicians. They were very knowledgeable & gave me 1st class service… I will definitely buy from Best Buy again & use Geek Squad! Thank you!
