Good softwre program and it is all we need. Microsoft is a great company.

Expensive, but needed for all word and excell documents

With limited useage so far it has been very user friendly and a substantially better than our older Mac.

Easy to install and easy to manage. A great value as well. If you and 5 other of your family use all the features of MS Office, then this makes sense. 99.99 per year for 6 machines vs. 229.00 per system!

Microsoft 365 family version is worth the investment. It's good for up to 6 people or computers. Easy to upload and easy to use. I will recommend it

Gave it 5 stars because I like all the features & apps it offers, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note and One Drive. Couldn't have it any better!

I like the fact that I could load this on my Apple too! Also Microsoft has been fair to consider people have more than 2 equipment now. In fact most have 3 in addition to phone.. Desktop, laptop and an ipad. So giving 5 desk/lap and 5 smaller devices is smart!. I think reasonably priced

My husband and I have been resistant to buy into the subscription based software since we tend to be people who buy something, take really good care of it, and use it for a really long time. But with the pandemic and having to use more devices at home for teaching, we decided to make the jump. Usually, we rue making a jump and lament all that we lost. Yet, this jump was totally worth it! We love all the new features and functionality! My husband especially loves having a one drive and I really love the draw option on word for typing math questions. This product is superior to any google garbage that is offered for free. It has been six months and we have never looked back.

This was a good buy for my husband and I and our devices. The Geek Squad did a great job helping us to install it on our devices. The product itself is very good and meets our needs.

Office is a standard product. Platforms work well. Seems overpriced, and it is wrong that a subscription is needed.

It is easy to use by all family members. It was fast to load and use immediately.

Good experience overall. Downloads easily to all devices. Share across all family for up to 6. Wish had more business level apps such as visio but core apps overall. Great for managing kids access restrictions on their devices.

Love my Microsoft Office, had the old 10 version. Finally able to enjoy all the upgraded features perfect for your company and family. Love that i can share on all my devices.

The installation on our first computer went smoothly. Attempting to set up sharing rights, and installing the software on another computer following Microsoft's on-line instructions was frustrating at best, and I ended up calling Microsoft for assistance. With Microsoft's help I was able to accomplish the task, but it wasn't easy to find the correct support number to call. It's almost like Microsoft wants you to struggle in installing and configuring their products. You nearly have to be an expert to understand their on-line instructions, and they make it almost impossible to reach live support. Microsoft 365 Family appears to be a good deal, and the software works exactly as expected, but sharing and installing the software on multiple devices is a nightmare.

It was easy to install, it's easy to use. I don't know if I'll renew in a year. I feel that once you purchase and install, there should not be an annual charge.

I haven't started my subscription yet, but I've use this previously and it functions well.
