This was an easy, painless albeit longish download for both PCs and MACs. You receive a "key" which is a long series of numbers and/or letters (?) that you need to input once your are on the Microsoft site. It is only a one-year subscription so for those of you looking for a longer term commitment this may not be the software package for you. It is a great way to get an updated, quick download of all your office software. Highly recommended.

This loaded up just fine on the 5 computers that I bought from Best Buy.

I've used Microsoft Office for many years now, and have always been very satisficed. So far switching from Microsoft Office 310 to Microsoft 365 appears to be very easy, with no request to update a prior document to a new version, which is good. I'm looking forward to exploring potential new features, which I assume there are some! I do hope there's a one time purchase option, and not just the annual renewal option!!

Had to purchase Windows for Mac due to my company using excel. Found this very easy, and quick to install onto the Mac and it is completely compatible with no issues.

I buy this yearly for my household. It is more economical and convenient to buy this kind of subscription since I can install it on my macbook, iphone, ipad, and my other laptop rather than buying the one-time office version for each of my equipment. This way I get also the latest version of microsoft office, due to the unlimited updates or downloads for the whole year/365 days.

I order and renew when I can, since I use Microsoft so often that I have to have it on all my devices.

Seems Microsoft has woke up to the Gillete methodology of selling. Make a good price for the initial purchase and then sell more blades or renewals be it annually or weekly. I have used office products for many years and got into trouble for using a non-supported version Office 2003 Professional. Just happy I had Carbonite to back 12 years of files. Now using Office 2013 or Office 365 as this is called. Have it on all my computers. Will not update to Win 10 without it.

Having trouble with the sharing benefit. Couldn't complete the sharing process with my family members.

As an Administrative Professional for many years, I have used Microsoft Office in my office, and also at home in my personal life. I have purchased Office 365 for several years since I bought a laptop. I like the availability to use my purchase on five different computers and five support devices such as my Android cell phone and tablet. Office 365 is always up to date.

I use Microsoft Every year. It's hard to function without it. Easy to use.

I have resisted subscription software until now. I had a computer die of old age and was dreading reassembling the dated software on the new computer. After considering the totality of the situation, i.e., the software programs I needed, the features being offered with Microsoft 365 and what I was already had to pay for on a subscription, it was an easy decision to get the Microsoft 365 package and cancel the old subscriptions. Installation was a snap!!
