I forgot her name but, she will remember my horrible story with Geek Squad. I bought a computer 3 years ago and asked them to come and connect at my home. The representative I was speaking with told me it will be about 4 to 5 weeks before they can get out. This was a crazy answer, so I returned the computer for a full refund and also I cancelled my Best Buy Account. Thanks to Your Valuable Manager, this year I bought a a computer from Best Buy. Customer service is the key to success!!! Robert

The email follow up that Best Buy sent out with a video link was very helpful too. The installation was easy thanks to the great help. Glad we purchased the program at Best Buy!

Power point and Excel are so easy to work. Best Buy staff great and so helpful every time I need help.
