My entire household uses it, even though my teenagers like google docs more. I find it easy to use and maneuver. It's also more compatible with other products such as QuickBooks.

Nice to use across many devices

It seems like we replace computers too often, so this is a nice to have in those situations. Also it is nice to have up to date software all of the time as opposed to some computers running 10 year old software.

I am not sure why it is that some installs went very smoothly, and others not. Microsoft 365 is an Excellent Product once it is installed and working.
