Three extra months and up to six ppl it’s a great deal.

Purchased because MS states it is required to access Outlook Classic. After 6 visits to the Geek Squad from 2.5 to 5 hours, i have another session scheduled to attempt to get it install and working ... even purchased a new laptop and still no success with any of the 4 laptops

I purchased this plan with a new going PC. I enjoy the ability to get the free apps for your phone that sync with the program on your pc. Got it at a cheaper bundled rate.

This product was priced at $99.99. When I purchased it, I was charged $109.99. Best Buy screwed up my purchase. I purchased a laptop and a warranty. What was charged to my credit card was well above what I purchased. In fact, the $10 discount I was to receive was actually added on as a separate purchase making the total cost $119.99. Now I have to teach Best Buy basic math because they got everything wrong and I now have to correct it for them.

I have been using software for a few years, and it meets our current needs for personal use, and college use. I also like that 6 users can be on you plan.

I have always had older versions of MO and now with the new version it is worth the $100 every year to have an up to date version. Would suggest to anyone. You also can install software on more than one unit so no need to buy additional licenses.

Great experience! Our dinosaur of a computer literally blew up. I knew when it happened I wanted a lap top and it was a great time to happen. With guidance from and IT friend, we searched and found our Lenovo on sale with enough hardware to begin. We were able to set up ourselves with a little help from the IT at Best Buy. Thank you for being there and so helpful. We love going to your store now where used to it was not as pleasant. I was also able to find and nice and affordable case for the Lenovo without spending a ton of money. Such a happy customer!

Ease of use across all devices. I have used this on Mac iOS, Android and of course, Windows 10. I do my invoicing with Word and the ability to covert into PDFs is useful.

I like that it syncs to all your devices and can pick up where left off. Has all products needed to complete any office job, reports etc. Highly recommend

Microsoft has developed a great software for personal and professional use.

The software I purchased had 3 licenses good for Windows or Mac. I had no problems installing this software on my new HP. However, I had major issues w/Mac. I called Microsoft customer service and they told me I must have a virus and wanted to sell me an annual subscription for $300+. They said I could not install Office until they fixed my Mac. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. I called Apple and they had me run a scan and said there was nothing wrong with my laptop. They walked me through installing the software that took forever and never ended up downloading the entire Suite. I would recommend this software for Windows based computers but not Apple.

Excellent purchase at a very good price with easy to follow directions

Having always had a physical version (ie. CD) before, it was different to handle the installation and "sharing" with my children completely online, but all went very smoothly. We are all successfully using the software and are pleased with the outcome.
