This is a great product for the value and covers the whole family. It was easy to download and setup on the laptops and computers.

I love the Microsoft products but i will never purchase from Best Buy Geek Squad ever again! I purchased a year subscription and somehow they cancelled my subscription after 27 days. Nobody could give me an answer as to how that happened! Geek squad continuously sent emails that it was urgent that I take action to install my product but I had already installed my product three times on three separate computers. There was no offer to remedy the situation from Best Buy or Geek Squad but Microsoft took care of it!

Huge program, but necessary. Sometimes quirky, but all in all it dose what it needs to do. I am not sure about the 1 year subscription, It may be better to get the full version and use it longer.

I procrastinated about making this purchase but I'm so glad that I finally did. It's made my work so much easier.

I don't know if there's a need to review Microsoft office, because it is almost considered a necessity.

Family 365 works well once you get it loaded up on all your family devices.

It's not one thing we didn't ask about, he didn't know about the product. This is the only Best Buy we will come to ! Very useful software Easy to download Easy to use

Needed a program to open files and print. Does everything I need. My 9 YOA even uses the program to do homework on. Simple to install even for people that are not computer smart.

Wasn't a huge fan of software as a service for the primary reason that I could normally get 3-5 years out of a single evolution of office. However, the flexibility of being able to move between devices and have full office products on my phone and tablet made this worth a try. OneNote is good for staying organized also. Right now I'm enjoying, but we'll see next year when its time to renew at full price.

Love how microsoft finally made something I can use and on multiple devices without having to buy it every-time there is a new version and on all my devices. Talk about convenient.
