Microsoft products are impossible to determine how to properly implement across devices. Probably won’t be able to use effectively as i can’t reach a human. No phone numbers are aravilabor and emails are not responded to.

There are times I need extra help and the clerk indicated we have only so many minutes and you have to reschedule another appointment. We all have time management issues. Maybe your Team Managers can come up with a better suggestion. Thanks to all that make an effort of kindness.

It's a NIGHTMARE and Microsoft really needs to work on this because I was ready to demand my investment back from them because I could not get them (Microsoft) to accept my prior e-mail address as they kept telling me that it was already in use and I was like..........duhhhhhhhh no kidding you jerks!!!!! SERIOUSLY, MICROSOFT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OF THEIR SO-CALLED INSTRUCTION SIMPLE OR EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT'S WORSE IS THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT.........AND I MEAN CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT MICROSOFT TO HELP YOU SOLVE YOUR ISSUES!!!!
