Whats to say with respect to this product, anyone who's used this or another form of this knows what to anticipate and expect from it. As time goes by and more use is had it may prompt revision(s) to this review though for now.....that's all folks.

All our family members are enjoying this product. The excel function wish Is the one I use is great and there is more to learn.

good but have had several hacks from supposed;y Microsoft 365

We ordered a few of these for Town Board members for all the zoom meetings we need to be on now. They are great! We also ordered the cases with the keyboard, which is very convienent!

The response was ok but the install was troublesome the Geek squad was involved but not satisfactory could not talk to a live body ,you need to have some one available at tj=the store with out having to wait I line.

I bought this with my new laptop. I do not have a lot of knowledge about this

The effort made to put everything together seems nice. I also liked how it is arranged to be managed under my personal account, though it took me a while to learn and apply on different devices.

Even though Google docs has become increasingly popular, I am definitely a Microsoft Word fan. I wanted it on my new computer, and am glad it includes the entire Office Suite.

Glad it can be used on multiple computers..and it’s always the update version when it renews yearly!

I like the Microsoft 365 Family. Unable to remove the pop up from the old one .

I have been very disappointed with MS Office. Outlook is particularly troublesome. It frequently shuts down on its own, requiring me to restart my laptop. All my Office programs often show a banner telling me an updated version is available. When I click on it, nothing happens. Almost all my OFFICE programs have locked up at one time or another. Twice, I've gotten blue screen crashes citing CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION. And this is on a laptop that is less than 3 months old! The Geek Squad folks have tried to help but they seem unable to fix these problems. I gave MS OFFICE 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.

The card I purchased from Best Buy had an invalid number. MS supplied me with a valid number and helped set it up on 2 of my computers. First time they provided good customer service. I just hope they don't raise the annual fee too much each year.

Not sure what to say other than it's the same old Microsoft Office you can expect from forever. Kinda got you by the balls if you want to do anything school/work related. At least you get six users with this subscription. Price is still ridiculous.

Great! The family plan saved a lot of money for myself and my family

I prefer MS 365 over a google plan as the MS Office is simply too powerful in comparison. The family plan also works internationally unlike the google drive upgrade.

glad I purchased this one for the family. now I don't remember what computer I put this on since i was able to put on multiple Computers!

what's this annual subscription all about?? Used to be you paid one price and the software was yours forever. Don't like this at all. Especially for those of us that don't update frequently. But what choice do I have
