Programs like this should be included in computers not add ons. Computers are expensive already should have what you need to work when you buy it.

We've been using microsoft office products for many years. They do continue to get more and better functionality every release. And for that reason, and the fact that no other product for PC's is generally accepted or as good, we keep buying it. I do wish they would make it easier to use. As a casual user, I feel nervous that I am going to screw it up every time I open it. In spite of this, we get thru it and get our mission accomplished.

Microsoft Office 365 was easy to install on my PC and laptop. The new version of Word is very intuitive and easy to use. I use Outlook 2013 at work. Outlook 2016 is great email software. Make sure to export your data from previous email software. Import and save to Outlook to have all of your email contacts.PowerPoint 2016 has additional features including new backgounds that I like.

No issues with the install or use. I was a little apprehensive with the "cloud" version, but all is well after one month of use.

They were so helpful. They took the time to explain everything. They know so much about computers. They were very patient. It was a good experiebce.

The new version is enhanced from my old 2010 version. This has presented some challenges, but the enhancements make it all worth the work. I really like it.

No other real office product can compete with Office 365. If you want to be productive with school or your business, do not hesitate.....get Office 365 for it will make a difference for you productive needs.

Great product, not to happy about renewing office 365 every year but it is what it is, good option to get all the benefits of this product at reasonable price

Everything I need for my day-to-day computer operations.

I had a perpetual license then decided to give 365 a try. The OneDrive cloud storage alone is a huge difference, your files are always backed up and I can continue to work on my files on the go, on mobile phones/tablets (total 5 devices per user) and you get a license for all the family (up to 6 different users)

Product is as described. Family lovers it and the cost is great.

I absolutely love that this software just works when I want it to. My favorite part is that since this is the home version and up to 6 people can share it every member of my family has access to onedrive from their phones with 1TB of storage. This allows their phones to automatically backup their pictures and videos to the cloud for extra piece of mind. This is my third renewal and Best Buy makes it easy to do.

Some portions of this software are similar to the program(s) I've used in the past. I think some things are new and I probably need to work with them more to become comfortable.
